February 3, 2017: U.S. District Judge placed a temporary nationwide blockon Trump's immigration ban, saying the court "....must intervene to fulfill its constitutional role in our tripart government." March 24, 2017: Trump's Congress failed to repeal the Affordable Care Act, aka Obama Care. The Speaker of the House and the Trump agreed to pull the bill from consideration, knowing that the repeal would fail. Obama Care will continue to allow millions of people to obtain health care and possibly medical care, and until another system is put in place, we will continue to subsidize the giant insurance and medical/pharmaceutical industries. More importantly, the event exposed the deepening rift among the House Republicans and the failure of the Trump’s normal “hardball” tactics: threats, bullying and ultimatums.
